In the summer months, the nearby golf course is a must for any golfer. Also nearby you could try your hand at horse riding, canoeing, river rafting and in the winter months you can experience a sleigh ride. 

In the colder months, members have access to winter sports of every kind, while in spring and summer, when the lakes, valleys and meadows are ablaze with wild flowers, the countryside is a breathtaking place to explore.

Should you wish to immerse yourself in Austria’s rich history and culture, then nearby Salzburg, birthplace of Mozart, offers a fascinating diversion.

This is a beautiful area that could possibly be one of the most picturesque ski resorts in the area.

The Resort is situated on a hillside very close to the famous downhill course Planai and only 1km above the town of Schladming. The Dachstein-Tauern winter sports area offers not only skiing, but also tobogganing, ice skating, and curling.

The area is also attractive during the summer, you can go walking, biking and rafting. Even skiing is possible during the summer at the Dachstein glacier, 3000m above sea level.
